The Pre-Loved Lounge was a physical expression of eBay’s circular economy, transforming its digital marketplace into a lived brand experience and strengthening its credibility within the fashion industry. Positioned at the Carriageworks entrance, the lounge became an immersive exchange at the heart of AFW, featuring curated secondhand luxury archives, live marketplace data and spaces for discovery, conversation and connection.

Coffee by day, wine by night and areas to meet and learn about the benefits of buying and selling on the platform. A private pod built into a circular clothing rack enabled industry conversations, while interactive screens visualised real-time resale activity, positioning eBay as a connector between past, present and future fashion.
