The launch of adidas CLIMACOOL in the Pacific market was more than introducing a new silhouette. It was a chance to establish the franchise in the emerging soft tech category and position adidas and JD Sports at the forefront. Innovation in footwear only matters when culture moves with it, and CLIMACOOL reflects constant innovation while staying rooted in newness.


Australia’s next generation of artists, DJs and collectives are redefining relevance and the campaign tapped into that energy, positioning adidas and JD Sports as catalysts for emerging talent and cultural moments. Content was raw, candid and voyeuristic, capturing collectives interacting across Sydney’s urban landscape, culminating in a hero motion piece that served as the campaign hype reel.


At the heart of the launch was a one-night-only music experience, transforming the Wynyard Tunnels into a CLIMACOOL-powered celebration. Across content, retail and experiential touchpoints, the campaign positioned the franchise defined not just by technology, but by the collective energy of those shaping the future.
